How to Top Up

CQT AI uses a prepaid credit model. After topping up, credits are added to your account balance and deducted at each model's unit price when you call the APIs.

Top-up steps

1. Open the top-up page — Sign in to the console, then click the balance in the top-right corner or "Top Up" to open the top-up page.
2. Choose a package — Select a preset package or enter a custom amount, and check how many credits you'll receive.
3. Pay with WeChat — Only WeChat Pay is currently supported; scan the QR code with WeChat to complete payment.
4. Finish payment — Credits arrive in real time after a successful payment; verify them under "Balance".

Notes

• Arrival time: Credits usually arrive in real time after payment; in rare cases a channel delay is no more than 5 minutes.
• Invoice: You can request a VAT invoice on the "Billing / Invoice" page.
• Refunds: The refund policy for unused credits is detailed in the User Agreement.
