Low-Balance Alerts

When your account credits fall below a set threshold, the system can automatically notify you via Email / DingTalk / Lark, preventing tasks from failing due to insufficient balance.

Steps

1. Sign in to the console and open the Dashboard.

2. In the account balance card area, click "Credit Alert Settings" to open the settings dialog.

3. The dialog shows your current "Balance".

4. Choose a "Notification method":

   Notification method	Description
   Disabled	Turn off balance alerts (default)
   Email	Send an email when the balance is low
   DingTalk	Push a reminder via a DingTalk bot
   Lark	Push a reminder via a Lark bot

5. Click "Test" to send a test notification and confirm the channel is configured correctly.

6. Once everything checks out, click "Save" to apply.

💡 We recommend setting the threshold to your typical 1–3 days of usage, leaving enough buffer time to top up.

Pair with API-based alerts

Besides console alerts, you can also actively query your balance in your program—see "Balance Query": trigger your own notification logic when remaining drops below a threshold.
