⏱ Recommended polling interval：Poll every 3-5s (response includes progress 0-100) until status = succeeded / failed. Single-task timeout is 300s with auto-refund.

crf	integer	—	Quality [18,32], higher = smaller, default 26
targetBitrate	string	—	Target bitrate [100k,8000k]; alternative to crf
webhookUrl	string	—	Completion webhook URL (optional)
